We're Jacob & Mim!
We're a husband-and-wife team photographing weddings, families and small businesses across the Blue Mountains and Greater Sydney. Jacob is behind the camera. Mim is behind the edit — and, if we are being honest with ourselves, behind most of the decisions.
True-to-life is the whole idea. Real colour, real skin tones, no heavy filters and no trend that will date the photos in four years. When you open your gallery in twenty years it should look like the day you actually lived, not the year it was edited.

We walk alongside you
We meet every couple at least twice before the wedding — not to sell you anything, but to build the timeline properly so the day has room to breathe. By the morning of, we are not strangers with cameras. We are two people who know where you need to be and what you were worried about.
Obsessed with their photos. The two of them were lost in their own bubble on the day and Jacob & Mim simply went with the flow — looking back at the gallery feels like stepping straight back into it.
Embracing your beautiful chaos
Nobody is going to stand still. The toddler will bolt, someone will cry, and the group photo will take four attempts. That is not the session going wrong — that is the session. We photograph your family at the speed it actually moves, and we do not charge extra when the grandparents come too.

One package price, published on this website. No hidden fees, no locked galleries, no watermark you have to pay to remove, and no per-image upsell after the fact. You get every good frame we take, at full resolution, to keep and print however you like. Bonus shots are included free, because charging you for our own enthusiasm would be strange.
